Facebook’s Deal with Goldman Sachs
DealBook in the New York Times has posted a decent article describing some of the legal issues associated with the recent 1.5 billion dollar arrangement Goldman and Facebook have made. The story has received a lot of attention and speculation in the press and blogoshpere, so this sheds a bit of light on some of the Security and Exchange Commission rules for such deals.
